Job Description The Donor Relations Program Coordinator advances the fundraising efforts of the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation by managing key stewardship, reporting, and acknowledgement activities for high-level donors. This role oversees VIP acknowledgement processes in partnership with the Office of the President and other leaders; coordinates the creation and distribution of impact, chair, and endowment reports; and helps develop personalized donor stewardship materials in collaboration with relationship managers, clinical partners, and Marketing. The coordinator also supports virtual donor engagement opportunities, assists with Case for Support meetings, and serves as a backup for processing gift agreements, ensuring that all activities are accurately documented and aligned with Children's mission and values.

Hybrid - in office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Tuesday and Friday. Experience No minimum experience required Preferred Qualifications Prior professional experience in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations Prior professional experience writing reports or capturing data to express stories Education High school diploma Certification Summary No professional certifications required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must possess strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships throughout the organization. Able to creatively express ideas and concepts to tell a story Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure statistics are correct

MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite Should be a self-starter with ability to make decisions independently Ability to handle stress and pressure Ability to represent Children's in a mature and professional manner among leadership, corporate sponsors, volunteers, and individual donors Must have the following skills and aptitudes: Presentation skills Writing skills Meet deadlines Problem solving Diplomacy Job Responsibilities Represent and support Children's fundraising initiatives and activities through reports, data, and written documentation. Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for assigned programs and projects. Collect, organize, and maintain fundraising and donor-related data from multiple internal systems and sources. Create, format, and update recurring and ad hoc reports that summarize fundraising performance, donor engagement, and event outcomes. Develop clear, data-informed narratives and summaries for use in annual reports, donor impact reports, and other Foundation publications. Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading written content such as donor stories, patient story presentations, and stewardship materials. Prepare customized reports and presentation materials for individual donors, corporate partners, and internal stakeholders. Coordinate with Foundation team members to understand data and content needs for campaigns, events, and stewardship efforts. Maintain organized electronic files, tracking sheets, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and easy retrieval. Monitor timelines and deliverables for assigned projects, ensuring all materials are completed and distributed by established deadlines. Assist with data quality checks, including reviewing for completeness, accuracy, and consistency in reports and publications. Respond to internal requests for data, metrics, and written summaries in a timely and professional manner. Help create slide decks and visual presentations that communicate fundraising results and impact to leadership, staff, and external audiences. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all materials align with Children's brand standards, mission, and values.
