Job Description

Job Summary:
This senior technical/functional leader role manages large, complex work streams with significant program impact, engages with physicians, clinical leaders, and executive-level stakeholders to develop and evaluate key care delivery initiatives, collaborates cross-functionally to create and examine business analyses, and builds strong strategic partnerships with subject matter experts and leaders at all levels, including senior executives. This role anticipates and addresses business issues and barriers to change, participates in enterprise prioritization of initiatives, enables redesign of KPs clinical and care delivery approaches, and supports the development of virtual teams for project execution and spread of best practices across the enterprise.

Essential Responsibilities:
Promotes learning in others by communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward; builds collaborative, cross-functional relationships. Practices self-leadership; creates, evaluates, and responds to the strengths and weaknesses of self and unit or team members. Leads the adaptation to competing demands and new responsibilities; adapts to and learns from change, challenges, and feedback. Fosters open dialogue amongst team members. Drives the execution of multiple work streams by identifying member and operational needs; translates business strategy into actionable business requirements; develops and updates new procedures and policies. Gains cross-functional support for objectives and priorities; determines and carries out processes and methodologies; solves highly complex issues; escalates and resolves issues as appropriate; sets standards and measures progress. Develops work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines; coordinates, obtains and distributes resources. Removes obstacles that impact performance; guides performance and develops contingency plans accordingly; influences the completion of project tasks by others. Leads and manages large, complex work streams with significant program impact by engaging with physicians, clinical leaders, and executive-level stakeholders to develop and evaluate key care delivery initiatives; and creating increased program value using best-practice program management tools, methodologies, and analytical tools. Collaborates cross-functionally to develop and evaluate business analyses by working with analytics partners to identify the contributing factors of business value for programs and for KP; and partnering with financial planning and performance to model benefits/value realization for each strategic initiative. Develops strategic partnerships with subject matter experts and national, regional, and service area leaders by interacting with and creating strong relationships with all levels up to and including senior executives. Actively drives change within the organization by anticipating business issues and barriers to change; devising plans to address these barriers; considering enterprise interdependencies across multiple programs or program work streams; participating in enterprise prioritization of initiatives; and escalating issues to higher levels, such as executive sponsors, when appropriate. Enables redesign of KPs clinical and care delivery approaches by influencing national, regional, and local leaders to drive change; providing input into and leading the execution of enterprise engagement strategies and communications/change management plans; and supporting the development of virtual teams for project execution and spread of best practices across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience in the healthcare field in a complex delivery system environment with or without direct reports. Bachelors degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Health Administration, Business, or related field AND minimum ten (10) years of experience in nursing, pharmacy, physical therapy, health administration, business or a directly related field.

Self-Awareness Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, Health Administration, Business, or related field. Eight (8) years of leadership experience in the healthcare field in a complex delivery system environment with or without direct reports.
