Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today. Oversees and coordinates the programs(s) for graduate medical education in the Northside Hospital system. Ensures Northside programs comply with standards of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies. Acts as a liaison for external organizations such as the JC and ACGME. Serves as a resource for hospital executives and other hospital and medical staff leaders on the requirements related to graduate medical education programs.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
Bachelors' degree with demonstrated knowledge and experience in an academic medical education setting Minimum two years experience in providing oversight and coordination of programs related to healthcare and/or medical staff Excellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and orally with hospital and medical staff Strong analytical and organization skills Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and meet required deadlinesKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED
