At Kamaʻāina Kids, our After School Program Managers (Site Coordinators) do more than supervise—they lead , mentor , and create a positive, engaging space where keiki can learn, play, and thrive after school. If you enjoy working with kids, guiding a team, and bringing energy and ideas to life—we'd love to meet you! 📍 Honolulu, Oʻahu Part-Time | Weekdays Only (Approx. 1:30-5:30 PM) $22-$26/hr + Full-Time Benefits for Part-Time Staff! What You'll Do Lead and manage a school-age after school program site Supervise and support your team (Group Leaders & Aides) Plan fun, engaging activities (games, enrichment, homework time, outdoor play) Build positive relationships with parents, school staff, and your team Keep your site organized and running smoothly (attendance, communication, light admin) Who This Role Is Great For You don't need to come from a traditional classroom to succeed here. We're looking for people with leadership experience and a heart for working with kids , such as: Coaches or athletic leaders Youth group or ministry leaders Scout leaders or camp counselors Education assistants or paraprofessionals Or anyone who has taken the lead with groups of children What You'll Need At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED Some experience working with or leading groups of children Leadership skills, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work Monday-Friday afternoons Why It Matters You won't just run a program—you'll create a space where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn and play.
