Specialized Experience:
For the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Experience responding to grantee inquiries, identifying programmic or compliance gaps, and creing tailored training or technical-assistance packages (e.g., handouts, presentions, sample forms) to address those needs; AND Experience reviewing housing plans and grant applicions, reserving and obliging funds, preparing award agreements, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring recipient performance through audits, on-site reviews, and corrective-action tracking; AND Experience conducting analytical studies of housing issues affecting Nive Hawaiian communities, evaluing policy effectiveness, developing NOFO reled guidance, and preparing reports for senior leadership, Congress, and oversight bodies.
