  • Program Manager III
  • Change Management Program with 7+ workstreams. Client onboarding while changing the platforms (infrastructure, print and facility operations). 12-18 effort with significant orchestration of timelines, solutions, status, etc. Ability to curate content for internal and possibly external communications. Town Halls, recorded interviews. Set a good example of the value of change management
  • speak to what could be possible for client beyond this one program. Lead specific IT projects that span print platform and facility operations. Silo teams
  • enforcing collaborative thinking and execute. Tracking status, deliverables, etc. Define/coordinate testing
  • input files, print cycle, facility operations (print job mgmt., inventory mgmt., etc). Navigate ambiguity and force actions. Strategic
