Secret Position Summary CFDay is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee nationwide
DEERS/RAPIDS
support operations supporting the U.S. Army Reserve Command. The Program Manager will provide leadership, operational oversight, staffing management, quality assurance, customer service oversight, and contract administration for a geographically dispersed workforce supporting identification card services across multiple locations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve asprimaryinterface with Government representatives. Direct contract operations across all assigned locations. Manage staffing, recruiting, retention, and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and performance standards. Monitor quality assurance and customer service performance metrics. Oversee RAPIDS certification compliance. Coordinate site visits and management reviews. Review andsubmitrequired reports and deliverables. Manage vacancy backfill efforts and continuity planning. Lead corrective action activities whenrequired. Support contract transition and phase-in activities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five (5) years of program management, operations management, or Federal contract management experience. Experience managing geographically dispersed personnel. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to travel asrequired. Ability to obtain andmaintainGovernment credentials. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing
DEERS/RAPIDS
operations. Experience supporting DoD customers. PMP certification. Military personnel administration experience. Army Reserve support experience.
