CQI Service Coordinator Lutheran Services in Iowa - 2.9 Des Moines, IA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Driver's License Bachelor's degree Full Job Description LSI currently seeks a full-time CQI Service Coordinator. This position will provide support to Immigrant and Refugee Community Services. The best candidate will have a strong understanding of professional documentation, outcome development and tracking, interpreting and applying rules and regulations, and action planning. The person in this role needs to be willing to travel to sites across the state. DUTIES Service Coordinator works as part of the CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) team to evaluate program and service documentation and their adherence to rules, regulations, and standards of best practice. Consult and serve as a resource to employees and leadership staff on quality assurance related challenges. Educate staff on application of best practice standards of service delivery. Responsible for data management. Provides oversight of quality assurance, risk management, and CQI processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Human Services preferred.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in human service or health care field with a minimum of five years related experience.
Preferred:
Three years of supervisory experience; familiarity with how the state of Iowa regulates programs/services offered by LSI. This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record and the ability to pass an extensive background check including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, Sex Offender registry and a criminal history check.
