Job Description

What You'll Do:
As our Associate Program Manager, you'll collaborate with the Program Manager to coach and be a cheerleader for our DSPs—helping them shine while ensuring the individuals we support receive the highest quality care. You'll work side by side and individually as a DSP for at least 12 of the 40 hours each week. You'll juggle schedules, solve puzzles, and sprinkle positivity like confetti!
