Goodwill Industries of Northeast Iowa, Inc. Your Role in Our Mission As a Program Manager, you will lead a team that helps people build skills for work and everyday life. You'll guide staff, support programs, and help individuals—including people with disabilities—move toward independence and success. This is more than a leadership role—it's a chance to inspire others, solve problems, and create opportunities that change lives. What You'll Do Lead and support a team of Employment Specialists, Lead Direct Support Trainers, and Direct Support Staff Coach and encourage team members so they can grow and succeed Oversee programs that help people learn job skills and life skills Review program progress and find better ways to serve people Hire, train, and develop team members Work with other departments to create more opportunities for participants Step in as a leader when needed, including occasional evenings or weekends What Makes This Role Rewarding You can bring new ideas and help shape programs Your work directly helps people build better futures Each day is different and full of purpose You'll be part of a team that supports each other and the mission What You Need Bachelor's degree in Human Services (or similar experience) At least 3 years of related experience (leadership experience preferred) Strong communication and people skills Confidence in making decisions and solving problems A positive attitude that motivates others Ability to handle private information with care Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance Comfort using computers for daily work Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of a team that makes a real difference every day Outstanding benefits, generous PTO and paid holidays Grow your leadership skills in a supportive environment Help others gain confidence, independence, and success Ready to Make an Impact?
