Program Coordinator/QIDP

- Full-time Harrow Residential Habilitation, LLC is looking to expand our management team!
- Writing participant plans, which include programs
- Analyzing the data recorded for the programs
- Writing behavior modification plans and being able to train staff to handle behaviors
- Complete monthly, weekly, and daily paperwork by certain deadlines
- Training staff on a daily and monthly setting
- Communicate with guardians and other providers about participant wants and needs
- Handle verbal and/or physical behaviors from the participant
- Oversee staff praise and discipline Qualification for the Program Coordinator (QIDP) position:
- Human Services Bachelor's degree
- 1 year experience working with developmental disabilities Skills needed include:
- Management experience
- Great communication
- Being able to think and improvise quickly
- Fast learner
