  • Full-time Harrow Residential Habilitation, LLC is looking to expand our management team!
We are a newer company looking for an ambitious, hardworking, self-motivated individual to help grow our vision of offering the best service to our developmentally disabled adult participants whom receive 24 hour supports in their homes to inspire them to become more independent. The program coordinator (QIDP) will be responsible for running and overseeing a participant caseload along with the staff that work with those participants. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Writing participant plans, which include programs
  • Analyzing the data recorded for the programs
  • Writing behavior modification plans and being able to train staff to handle behaviors
  • Complete monthly, weekly, and daily paperwork by certain deadlines
  • Training staff on a daily and monthly setting
  • Communicate with guardians and other providers about participant wants and needs
  • Handle verbal and/or physical behaviors from the participant
  • Oversee staff praise and discipline Qualification for the Program Coordinator (QIDP) position:
  • Human Services Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year experience working with developmental disabilities Skills needed include:
  • Management experience
  • Great communication
  • Being able to think and improvise quickly
  • Fast learner
