Job Description

Desciption The program coordinator or QIDP is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized habilitation services for participants receiving residential habilitation. This role ensures compliance with IDAPA 16.04.17, promotes participant rights, and supports staff in delivering ethical, person-centered care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and update individualized program plans (PIPs) based on functional assessments and the participant's authorized plan of service. Complete or obtain age-appropriate functional assessments within 30 days of service initiation. Provide skill training to direct care staff to ensure accurate implementation of participant plans. Conduct quarterly supervision of habilitation services, including: Reviewing staff documentation and service delivery. Monitoring participant progress and revising plans as needed. Participate in the Individual Support Plan (ISP) process and collaborate with Targeted Service Coordinators (TSCs). Ensure reciprocal communication with guardians and stakeholders per
IDAPA 16.04.17.404.01.
Maintain accurate documentation of all QIDP activities, including face-to-face visits, plan updates, and staff training. Support incident reporting and corrective action processes in compliance with
IDAPA 16.04.17.404.02.
Uphold participant rights, informed consent, and ethical intervention strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in the human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, special education). Minimum one (1) year of supervised experience with individuals with developmental disabilities. Meets QIDP qualifications per 42 CFR 483.430(a). Demonstrated ability to write and implement behavior and skill training plans. Current certification in First Aid and CPR. Successful completion of a criminal history and background check per
IDAPA 16.05.06.
Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of IDAPA regulations and Medicaid service standards. Proficiency in developing structured documentation and compliance tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Commitment to participant autonomy, safety, and community integration.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
