Job Description

Position Overview Help lead the development and transformation of the largest commercial vehicle dealership network in US & Canada. Responsible for interpreting our evolving customer's expectations and translating them into a dealer network properties framework. That includes incorporating our commercial strategy as well as many emerging industry trends like autonomous, eCommerce, customer solutions, etc. Evolve our dealer relationship framework through upgrading our contracts and incentives approach. Doing this together with our dealer network building the strongest foundation in the industry. Responsibilities Evolve & manage our dealer network properties (
Examples:
Facilities, branding, mobile maintenance, etc.) framework Translate customer experience & expectations into those dealer network properties & maturity Levels Drive & coordinate, across multiple functions within International & our dealer network, the increase in maturity of each individual property Evolve our dealer relationship management through improvements in our contracts & incentives framework Translate emerging trends like autonomous, eCommerce, battery electric vehicles, solutions, etc. into that contract & incentive framework Drive the implementation of those contracts & incentives framework across the US & Canadian dealer network Co-creation with our dealer network leadership across all dimensions Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of project/program management experience At least 2 years of lead experience OR Master's degree and at least 5 years of project/program management experience At least 2 years of lead experience OR At least 12 years of project/program management experience At least 2 years of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Commercial vehicle distribution channel and/or similar industry experience General commercial product sales and/or service support experience Understanding of dealer business processes & related financials Experience with industry related software (DMS's, WebGIS, Dealer Financials, Etc.)
