Position Overview Manages the development and implementation process of the company's products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints. This job manages specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Responsibilities Drive program strategy from end to end—defining scope, building budgets, and developing detailed schedules aligned to leadership direction. Own program planning excellence, using Microsoft Project, cPlace, Jira, and critical path analysis to keep complex initiatives on track. Lead cross-functional problem solving, tackling ambiguous technical and operational challenges where no precedent exists and driving corrective actions through to completion. Facilitate alignment and governance, including leading Configuration Change Board (CCB) meetings and overseeing risk and issue investigations with clear mitigation plans. Influence without authority, guiding diverse internal and external stakeholders, identifying resource needs, and providing coaching to less experienced team members. Lead globally, with up to 25% travel across South America, Mexico, and Europe to support suppliers, manufacturing sites, and program execution. Own delivery, managing programs from initiation through launch to ensure they meet performance, schedule, and financial targets. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of technical project/program management experience OR Master's degree and no experience OR At least 3 years of technical project/program management experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
