Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring individualized services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting independence and quality of life. Your contributions will help enhance their quality of life and ensure they receive the care they need in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings and services Conduct assessments and track progress toward goals Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards Provide supervision, guidance, and support to direct care staff Maintain accurate and timely documentation Advocate for individuals' rights, preferences, and needs Communicate effectively with families, guardians, and external providers Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a human services field (e.g., psychology, social work, special education, or related field) Minimum of [1-2 years] experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities Knowledge of state and federal regulations (e.g., Medicaid waiver programs) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and possess the skills necessary for this rewarding role, we encourage you to apply!
