Partners across functions to establish clear ownership of performance targets and drives shared accountability for outcomes — ensuring all parties understand their role in delivering results against the plan Reporting & Dashboard Development (as needed): Collaborates with APEX and BTS to scope, develop, and deploy reporting dashboards Sr Program Manager, Client Integrated Delivery (PMO)Description:
The Sr. Program Manager for Integrated Delivery reports within the Patient Services Organization. This role will report to the Associate Director, Immunology. This role will support a critical priority project within Patient Services. Overview of Sr.Program Manager and Integrated Delivery Team:
- Integrated Delivery is Client's execution hub for key initiatives/cross functional priorities— making programs run reliably, reducing risk, and keeping every initiative tied directly to Client strategy. We don't lead everything
- We bridge strategy to execution. Our Strategic/Integration Program Managers partner with Strategy Directors to connect program objectives to the right teams, resources, and processes — so strategy doesn't stall at the planning stage.
- We get ahead of problems. Proactive bottleneck identification, structured communication, and early mitigation are built into how we operate — not an afterthought.
- We are embedded in your business. PMs bring deep therapeutic area and patient support expertise, guiding programs toward measurable value and better patient outcomes — not just on-time delivery.
- We bring a proven framework with us. Governance, standardized methodologies, timeline ownership, reporting, and tools come pre-built — your team executes, we handle the coordination infrastructure.
- We ensure nothing runs in isolation.
Major Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Position requires bachelor's degree and relevant experience. MBA, Project Management Professional certification and work experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
Senior PM:
5-7+ years of program management and program governance experience- This role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, program management capabilities, financial management capabilities and an in-depth understanding of the patient services and pharmaceutical business.
- The position requires human relations and administrative skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, co-leaders and leadership in Commercial, Business Technology Services, Legal, Office of Ethics and Compliance, Manufacturing Operations, Global Medical Affairs, Promotions, Brand teams, and Global Patient Services.
- Leading without Authority skills required.
- Conflict resolution skills including persuasive management techniques required.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills required. Ability to communicate concepts and problems in terms that are understandable to all levels of the organization, including C-Suite.
- Proven ability to drive outstanding team performance and engagement motivating, energizing and inspiring team members.
