Teen Program Lead - OFallon IL YMCA

Direct and supervise all staff and responsibilities Must be able to effectively communicate with staff, volunteers, and parents of program participants Requires the ability to supervise, train and evaluate performance of class participants and instructors. Must have good organizational and planning skills and sound judgment. Aid in member retention by being knowledgeable, caring, and friendly to all members. Any administrative duties as needed per program Ensure the safety of all participants of the program assigned Organizes and oversees program activities and events. Recruits and coordinates volunteers from the local community. Coordinates and monitors teen summer camps. Organizes, and conducts leaders clubs and other teen activities and events. Secures facilities for program activities and events.
