Position Overview The Juvenile Justice & Group Program Manager oversees group facilitation programming, juvenile justice expansion initiatives, and overall operations within the Comprehensive Community Based Youth Services (CCBYS) program. Reporting to the Director , this leadership role is responsible for program planning, implementation, evaluation, staff supervision, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services are delivered to youth and families served throughout the community. This position works collaboratively with leadership, community stakeholders, and program teams to strengthen youth programming, support staff development, and drive positive program outcomes aligned with organizational goals and funder expectations. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Operations Support the Director in planning and implementing program growth strategies Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service quality Lead juvenile justice expansion initiatives, including planning, implementation, and evaluation Ensure effective utilization of CareLogic and support staff system compliance Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies Staff Supervision & Development Supervise and mentor Juvenile Justice & Group Supervisors Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development support Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment Support performance management and continuous improvement initiatives Program Coordination & Community Engagement Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen programming and partnerships Represent Aunt Martha's at meetings, conferences, and community events Assist with scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for programming activities Promote diversity, equity, and inclusive service delivery practices Data, Reporting & Evaluation Conduct data analysis to assess program effectiveness and outcomes Prepare reports, presentations, and program updates for leadership and stakeholders Monitor program performance and implement improvements based on trends and outcomes Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in juvenile justice and youth programming Trauma-Informed Care This role utilizes Aunt Martha's trauma-informed framework, emphasizing the "5 S's": Safety (physical and emotional safety) Self-Regulation Supportiveness Strengths-Based Approach Self-Care The role also incorporates the agency's 7 Essential Ingredients (7ei) model to support youth and families effectively.
