Program Manager 12 month contract (possible extension)
Location:
Chicago, IL ( REQUIRED) + 50% TRAVEL!!! (Omaha, Kansas City, Denver, Cleveland) (Travel is expensed) 2 Round Interview Process W2 (no c2c or sponsorship available) Must-Haves 7+ years of program/project management experience 10+ years of ERP implementation experience (JD Edwards required) Experience with large-scale, multi-system deployments (ERP + WMS together) Distribution/supply chain/warehousing industry background - non-negotiable Comfortable presenting to and working alongside EVPs, VPs, and Presidents Ability to build a master program plan that aligns multiple project timelines Strong EQ and stakeholder management - must integrate like an employee, not a consultant Nice-to-Haves Infor WMS experience (ideal, but generic WMS with large deployments is acceptable) Shopify or ecommerce platform exposure Workato or middleware/integration experience PMP certification (plus, not required) Bachelor's degree in IT or related field Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
