What You'll Do:
As a Team Manager, your days will be full of connection, purpose, and impact: Lead and support direct care staff to provide quality, person-centered services Make sure each individual's support plan is followed and updated Help manage daily home operations, schedules, medications, and appointments Provide hands-on direct care and create a safe, positive home environment
What We're Looking For:
Someone with experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) who values person‑centered care A leader who's comfortable supervising staff and also jumping in to provide hands‑on support when needed A steady, dependable presence who stays patient and calm during busy or challenging moments A reliable professional with a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, and dependable transportation Ready to Get Started?
