Proposed Contract Requirements Education Requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent experience. PMP, PgMP, or at least 5 years in a Project/Program Management position managing project budgets in excess of $5M. Equivalent commercial certification is also acceptable.Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program Management or Senior-level DoD experience, or as a Defense Industry Civilian Professional working with Senior-level DoD personnel. Documented record of increasing management responsibilities with a firm technical foundation in all areas relating to enterprise-level technology management. Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5M. Collaborate with Senior-level DoD personnel and defense industry professionals. Ensure successful delivery of technology management programs. Manage and lead Cyber range or IT/OT technology programs. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with established standards and protocols. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.Qualifications:
Strong leadership and management skills. Proven track record in handling complex and large-scale projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with senior-level professionals in the defense sector. Strong technical background in enterprise-level technology management. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent commercial certification.
