Assist with preparing reports, compiling data, and maintaining departmental documentation. Serve as a liaison between the department and internal teams including employed physicians and DTS. Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and orientation activities for Access Center applications. Project & Initiative Support Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of department initiatives. Help gather data, prepare dashboards or scorecards, and track milestones. Participate in meetings or committees tied to departmental access goals. Serve as SME for Access Center technical applications which includes consulting regarding application operation, application performance monitoring/optimization, and coordination of vendor support. Provide technical support, including routine maintenance and/or problem investigation/resolution for installed applications as assigned. Quality & Process Oversight Support quality or performance improvement initiatives for Access Center working with cross functional teams to ensure standard quality reviews and performance metrics. Identify opportunities for process improvement within Access Center operations. Consistently track operational escalations and follow through with key stakeholders. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Communicate effectively with internal and external partners. Represent the department in meetings or workgroups as assigned. Support a positive and professional experience for all stakeholders served by the department. Qualifications Education High school diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience Experience in administrative support, coordination, customer service, or related role required. Experience in healthcare or clinical setting preferred Experience supporting leadership or fast‑paced operational environments preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to gather, organize, and interpret data. Strong judgment, initiative, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Primarily sedentary office role. Occasional travel or onsite support may be required depending on department needs.
