Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Specialist & Administrative Support Fishers, IN 46085 From $21 an hour - Full-time From $21 an hour - Full-time About Us We are a growing home care agency committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes. Our team values accuracy, compliance, and strong operational support to ensure both caregivers and clients are fully supported. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable EVV Specialist & Administrative Support professional to manage Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) processes and support daily administrative operations. Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is a system required by Medicaid that electronically verifies caregiver visits, including the date, time, location, and services provided to ensure compliance and accurate service delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring visit accuracy, compliance, and smooth agency workflow, while also supporting HR functions and field operations when needed.
Key Responsibilities EVV Management:
Monitor and maintain accuracy of caregiver visits using EVV systems Review and correct visit discrepancies, including missed clock-ins/outs Resolve EVV exceptions in a timely manner Train caregivers and staff on proper EVV usage Ensure compliance with Indiana Medicaid and payer requirements Work with EVV platforms such asAxisCare and Sandata Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling, data entry, and documentation Support payroll and billing by validating visit records Maintain accurate client and caregiver files Provide general office support, including phones and communication Assist with reporting, audits, and other operational needs HR & Field Support (Added Responsibilities): Assist the HR Coordinator with home visits when needed Support onboarding and compliance follow-ups during home visits Participate in caregiver check-ins and client satisfaction visits During Home Visits, responsibilities may include: Ensuring caregiver compliance (CareAcademy, CPR, TB, required documents) Reviewing care plans with clients and caregivers Observing caregiver performance and service delivery Verifying services are being provided according to authorization and plan of care Addressing client concerns or reporting issues back to administration Assisting with documentation collection (signatures, missing forms, updates) Supporting quality assurance and compliance checks in the field Qualifications Experience in home care, healthcare administration, or EVV systems preferred Hands-on experience with EVV platforms such as AxisCare and/or Sandata strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information High school diploma required; higher education preferred Bilingual (Spanish) required What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your relevant experience.
