Job Description

The University of Saint Francis is excited to announce the search for our next Youth Program Coordinator! The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the position of Youth Program Coordinator. Saint Francis is a Catholic, Franciscan university in the liberal arts tradition. The Youth Program Coordinator will report to the Director of Youth Programming and will have responsibility over office support, activity coordination, and community engagement, ensuring the university's Catholic identity, Franciscan charism, and commitment to the liberal arts remain at the center of our educational mission and public identity. The Youth Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Youth Programming in advancing the university's efforts in implementing the new mission statement and strategic plan. The successful candidate will be coordinating workshops, clubs, and recruitment events that support the overall mission of the Discovery Academy to encourage career exploration, critical thinking, and creativity by exposing youth to on-campus programming that centers on virtue, service, and joy. The cover letter should directly address the responsibilities of the position with special emphasis placed upon the candidate's qualifications and experience as well as how the applicant will seek to advance the Catholic, Franciscan Mission of the University.
