Job Description

Position Summary:
TRAA is seeking motivated and dependable high school students for internship opportunities designed to provide hands-on professional experience and workplace skill development. Interns will assist staff with daily operations, administrative support, and program activities while gaining exposure to a professional work environment. This opportunity is ideal for students interested in developing communication, leadership, organizational, and career readiness skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist staff with general office and administrative tasks Organize files, documents, and program materials Help prepare materials for meetings, events, and activities Support program staff during workshops, events, and community activities Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide basic customer service Complete data entry and maintain accurate records as assigned Participate in team meetings and training opportunities Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in the workplace Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in high school Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and work in a team environment Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Basic computer knowledge preferred
