We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the clinical, operational, and financial success of our growing home health agency. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of agency operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who can balance clinical excellence with operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, accreditation standards, and state regulations while developing programs that address the evolving healthcare needs of the communities we serve. What You'll Do Lead the clinical, operational, and financial performance of the home health agency. Ensure compliance with federal, state, Medicare, Medicaid, and accreditation requirements. Monitor quality metrics and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Oversee staffing, budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning. Develop and enhance programs that meet community healthcare needs and support agency growth. Foster strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, patients, and families. Drive a culture of accountability, compassion, continuous improvement, and excellence in care.
