This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building connections, organizing meaningful events, helping residents succeed in their housing journey while thriving in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Create Community Through Monthly Events Plan and host engaging monthly resident events (workshops, socials, family activities, wellness programs) Deliver educational programming focused on financial literacy, career growth, and life skills Foster a welcoming, connected community environment Support Housing Stability & Eviction Prevention Proactively connect residents with resources and assistance programs Partner with management to identify at-risk residents and provide early intervention support Help residents navigate challenges with empathy and practical solutions Deliver Exceptional Customer Care Build strong, positive relationships with residents Act as a trusted point of contact for support and guidance Promote a culture of respect, responsiveness, and service excellence Enhance Quality of Life Develop initiatives that improve overall resident satisfaction and well-being Collaborate with Property Managers and onsite teams to maintain a high-quality living experience Bring fresh ideas that make the community a place residents are proud to call home The best PTO package in the industry!
