As a Team Leader
- Clubhouse you will provide leadership, oversight, and day-to-day support for assigned team members while helping ensure a positive experience for the individuals and communities we serve.

Employee Discount Program Mileage Reimbursement Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to assigned team members and daily program operations Ensure staff understand and perform responsibilities consistent with organizational expectations and standards Monitor, observe, and evaluate staff performance to promote quality service delivery and positive client experiences Support staff development through mentoring, coaching, training, and ongoing feedback Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes open communication and team engagement Develop and maintain internal and external partnerships that support organizational and client needs Assist with financial planning, operational oversight, and resource management activities Participate in direct crisis intervention and problem resolution during business hours as needed Review and monitor documentation to ensure compliance with agency, accreditation, and program standards Support implementation and oversight of program requirements and strategic goals Promote effective communication across teams and departments regarding operational updates and organizational initiatives Assist with change management initiatives and support implementation of process improvements Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership regarding employee relations and performance management matters Encourage teamwork and employee involvement in achieving department and organizational objectives Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Education and/orExperience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field required Previous leadership, supervisory, or program coordination experience preferred Experience working within behavioral health, community services, healthcare, or related fields preferred Strong understanding of team development, operational processes, and service delivery standards preferredRequired License/Certification:
Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance requiredAdditional Qualifications:
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing job demands Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to apply critical thinking and sound judgment in decision-making situations Ability to communicate effectively with employees, families, community partners, and leadership teams Knowledge of program operations, compliance standards, and documentation requirements preferred Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions Initiative-taking mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborativelySupervisory Requirements:
Communicate organizational goals and strategic direction to team members Provide leadership and operational oversight for assigned department functions Support employee engagement, development, and performance management efforts Facilitate communication regarding departmental updates, changes, and organizational initiatives Address employee concerns professionally and collaboratively with Human Resources support Encourage innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department Support the identification and achievement of departmental and organizational objectivesEmployment Requirements:
Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks Completion of New Hire Orientation upon hire Completion of all required trainings, including Relias training, upon hire and annually thereafter Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance requiredPhysical Requirements:
