Blend leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on support What You'll Do As a Regional Program Lead, you will oversee multiple Community Supports and Respite programs, including: Meaningful Life Program Year-Round Respite Services Seasonal Break Programs Parent's Night Out and Specialty Events Community-Based Group Supports and Activities Responsibilities include: Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned programs Coordinate staffing and schedules Supervise DSPs and support staff Plan community outings, activities, and specialty events Coordinate seasonal break programming Complete client intakes and maintain communication with families and case managers Monitor waiver utilization, attendance, and documentation Review billing, tracking reports, and operational systems Ensure compliance with waiver requirements and company policies Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and staff development Help develop new programming opportunities and community partnerships What You'll Need High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience in developmental disabilities, human services, education, healthcare, or related fields preferred Leadership or program coordination experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with direct team support Knowledge of Medicaid Waiver services preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required What We Offer Opportunity to earn up to $1,500 bonus based on program performance Paid time off and paid holidays (for full-time staff) Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement Free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Opportunities for growth and advancement Meaningful work that creates a lasting impact Our Core Values Compassion
