- Medical Education provides day-to-day operational and administrative coordination for the Internal Medicine Residency Training Program under the direction of the Program Director and System Manager of Medical Education.
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, education administration, or service coordinationPreferred:
Experience working with medical students, residents, or faculty in an academic or university-affiliated healthcare setting Administrative assistant or program coordination background in medical education Working knowledge of ACGME requirements or experience with similar regulatory or accreditation guidelines Experience supporting programs across multiple clinical or campus locations Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Knowledge of policies, procedures, and compliance standards Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills High attention to detail and accuracy Professional discretion when handling confidential information Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Keywords for Posting/Search Optimization Medical Education, Residency Program Coordinator, ACGME, Academic Medicine, Program Administration, Healthcare Education, Coordination, Planning, Policy, Leadership, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Multi-Campus SupportSimilar remote jobs
