Research and compile information on specific aspects of the program such as procedures, needs and policies.
Answer basic customer questions about program policies and procedures.
Establish, organize, and maintain current and historical files related to the program.
Collect information to help in the preparation of program reports, develop applications, prepare budget allocations and/or purchasing of consultative services.
Maintain, organize, and monitor program assets.
Schedule, prepare, and disseminate all program related training materials.

About Reception Diagnostic Center:
The Reception Diagnostic Center is a maximum‑security intake facility located in Plainfield, Indiana, with a capacity of more than 600 incarcerated adult males. All adult males entering the Indiana Department of Correction are received, assessed, and classified at this facility. Assessments include physical and mental health evaluations, addiction services screening, and education and work‑readiness reviews. This information helps determine the most appropriate long‑term facility placement. Staff coordinate comprehensive evaluations to support safety and rehabilitation. As the Program Coordinator at the Reception Diagnostic Center you will supervise staff in the offender packet room, responsible for the processing and sorting of offender packets for final review and transportation to the various IDOC Facilities.Salary:
