$750 sign-on bonus! Summary of Position The Program Manager provides overall leadership, oversight, and accountability for assigned residential, day habilitation, and/or community-based programs serving Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) under Indiana Medicaid Waiver services. This role supervises Program Supervisors and ensures programs operate in compliance with Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), Health Support Plans (HSPs), Behavior Support Plans (BSPs), and all requirements set forth by FSSA and BDS. The Program Manager is responsible for operational performance, staffing and scheduling, efficiency, training compliance, fiscal oversight, medical coordination, interdisciplinary tam leadership, and quality improvement. This position serves as the primary leadership contact for Individuals' teams and supports and provides person-centered service delivery across programs, while upholding Lirio's Mission and Values. Leadership & Supervision  Provide direct supervision, guidance, and accountability to Program Supervisors  Ensure Program Supervisors complete all assigned duties related to staffing, scheduling, documentation, compliance, and service delivery  Provide coaching, corrective guidance, and progressive discipline to Program Supervisors and staff as needed, in accordance with agency policy  Evaluate performance, support professional development, and address operational or compliance concerns in a timely manner Staffing, Scheduling, & Budget Oversight  Ensure budgeted hours are maximized while maintaining compliance with individual service authorizations and staffing needs  Review and approve schedules to ensure alignment with individual needs, ISPs, HSPs, BSPs, and waiver service definitions  Monitor staffing patterns, overtime usage, and vacancy trends; implement corrective strategies as needed  Participate in on-call rotation and provide leadership support for staffing and operational emergencies  Engaging in shift coverage as needed to ensure staffing ratio compliance Training & Compliance Oversight  Ensure staff training and certification compliance, including initial and ongoing requirements mandated by BDS, FSSA, and agency policy  Monitor training completion for Program Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and address deficiencies  Ensure program readiness for audits, case manager reviews, licensing visits, and internal quality assurance reviews Program, Medical & Risk Oversight  Ensure compliance with medical protocols, medication administration standards, and health-related documentation  Oversee coordination of medical appointments, follow-ups, and communication with healthcare providers as needed  Review and address incidents, health and safety concerns, and risk management issues in accordance with policy and state requirements Individual Financial Oversight  Provide oversight of Individual finances, including monitoring budgets, spending, and documentation in accordance with agency policy and waiver guidelines  Ensure financial safeguards are followed and discrepancies are addressed promptly Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) Leadership & Communication  Serve as IDT Lead for assigned Individuals or programs  Maintain regular communication with case managers, families/guardians, providers, and other team members  Ensure coordination of services and follow-up on team recommendations and outcomes Reporting, Monitoring, & Site Visits  Complete and review quarterly reports and other required program summaries in accordance with agency and waiver standards  Conduct monthly site visits to assigned homes and service locations to monitor quality, compliance, and staff performance  Attend quarterly and annual meetings with Individuals' teams, alongside the Program Supervisor when available  Ensure corrective actions are implemented and documented following site visits or reviews Additional Duties  Perform additional duties as requested or assigned to support organizational needs, regulatory compliance, and quality service delivery  Duties may include direct program support, administrative responsibilities, special projects, or leadership coverage as needed Core Competencies  Strategic leadership and accountability  Regulatory compliance and quality assurance  Fiscal oversight and resource management  Effective communication and collaboration  Person-centered and trauma informed practice Supervisory Responsibilities This position has direct reports.
