Program Manager - Aerospace/Defense Programs

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee aerospace and defense programs with both government and commercial customers. This role is responsible for coordinating projects from contract award through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of bridging communication between customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary customer point of contact for assigned programs. Monitor and drive program execution from award through delivery. Coordinate across departments (engineering, purchasing, operations, quality) to ensure successful execution. Actively participate in proposal development for new business opportunities, including scope definition and cost/schedule estimates. Monitor contract requirements and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory obligations. Identify risks or issues early and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Provide regular program status updates to leadership and customers. Maintain program documentation, meeting minutes, and communication logs.
