Executive Program Leader, Diagnostics Solutions As an Executive Program Leader, Diagnostics Solutions, you serve as a senior client-focused leader, responsible for guiding enterprise-wide Danaher One initiatives and ensuring strategic customer adoption, value realization, and long-term account health. Anchored by the Danaher Business System ( DBS ), you integrate strategic planning, capital stewardship, change management, contract compliance, and governance across complex programs and key accounts, delivering measurable outcomes in growth, quality, and operational excellence. Acting as a trusted advisor, you translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into actionable plans, coordinating execution across stakeholders, and demonstrating exceptional executive presence, financial fluency, project management, and communication skills to influence decision-makers and proactively manage enterprise risk. The essential requirements of the job include: + BS or BA Degree from an accredited institution. A degree in Business or healthcare administration is desirable. An MBA is strongly preferred + 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise strategy, complex program leadership, or senior commercial/solutions roles within a matrixed, multi-business organization, ideally within healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or regulated environments. + Enterprise & Client Strategy Leadership:
Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated, multi-OpCo solutions that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. + Executive Customer Advisory:
Proven credibility as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, with experience leading executive reviews and governance forums that drive adoption and long-term value. + DBS -Led Execution & Influence:
Deep fluency in the Danaher Business System, applying structured problem-solving to high-impact challenges and leading across OpCos without direct authority. + Financial & Capital Acumen:
Strong capability in capital planning, ROI and cost-benefit analysis, and disciplined governance to ensure value realization, audit readiness, and risk mitigation. + Transformation, Risk & Executive Presence:
Demonstrated success leading complex change initiatives, with strong executive presence to manage risk, contracts, and escalations in highly matrixed environments. Travel Requirements:
Ability to conduct domestic travel 40-60% of the time It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: DBS ECO MLP
The base salary range for this role is $215,000-$260,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
