What You'll Do:
As a Program Manager - V, you will oversee high-visibility transformation projects from inception to delivery, acting as a trusted advisor and product strategist. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, shape product strategies, and ensure initiatives align with enterprise goals. Your focus will be on optimizing business capabilities, modernizing processes, and delivering tangible outcomes that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. You will also manage risks, stakeholder communications, and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless execution and sustainable results. Required Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise transformation, product management, or program management of complex initiatives
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, and scope definition
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and prioritize competing demands
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership
Deep understanding of business operations, technology, and process improvement
Experience with financial planning, business case development, and vendor management Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in project or product management (e.g., PMP, Agile, SAFe)
Experience managing multi-site or remote teams
Knowledge of change management methodologies
Familiarity with procurement processes and contract negotiations Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
At least 10 years of relevant experience leading large-scale transformation and product initiatives in enterprise environments Other Requirements:
Location flexibility with onsite presence required at Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; or Frisco, TX
This role is 100% onsite
