We specialize in payroll management, billing services, and offering vital information and assistance to families and their loved ones. Our mission is to support families by connecting them with qualified support staff through specialized placement services. Job Description This position will require extensive computer duties along with telephone and in-person assistance to the person with a disability, family members, and the employees they hire.

We are looking for a candidate who has exemplary customer service skills, that would include the ability to work with the public in a courteous and professional manner; timely attendance; the ability to work effectively with other staff; excellent organizational, interpersonal, written , and verbal skills.

A successful candidate will share our philosophy of inclusion for people with a disability which emphasizes opportunities of choice, person-centered planning, independence, integration, and inclusion into the community.

Must have a minimum of High School Diploma. The best-suited candidate will have work experience in an office environment and be proficient in the use of automated systems such as Microsoft Office and the aptitude to learn new programs and applications, such as Authenticare (employee time-tracking system) Must be able to pass background checks pre employment and post offer. Must be fluent in Spanish General abilities needed Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to interpret and understand Medicaid billing and reimbursementAbility to work effectively as a team member in a small officeAbility to run Microsoft filesGeneral skills needed:

Skill in using and operating office equipment( computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.)Skill in handling incoming phone callsSkill in written and verbal communicationSkill in gathering, interpreting, and reporting statistical information
