Customer Engagement Associate

Q.C. Exposure Group represents nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations through live outreach campaigns and community events throughout Cincinnati. We're currently hiring a full-time Customer Engagement Associate to help introduce nonprofit brand campaigns directly to customers through in-person interaction, community outreach, and live events. No previous experience is required - we provide hands-on training from day one. The Customer Engagement Associate role is fast-paced, social, and heavily people-focused. You'll spend your day speaking with customers, explaining nonprofit missions, building community awareness, and helping create positive experiences tied directly to each nonprofit brand. What the Customer Engagement Associate Does Throughout the Day Speak directly with customers during live outreach events and nonprofit campaigns across Cincinnati Introduce nonprofit initiatives in a way that feels engaging, conversational, and easy to follow Help strengthen nonprofit brand visibility through positive customer interaction and community outreach Represent each nonprofit brand professionally during public events, pop-ups, and campaign activations Share stories, campaign goals, and nonprofit messaging tied to each organization's mission Maintain organized outreach records and customer interaction updates during campaigns Work alongside other Customer Engagement Associate team members to maintain strong event energy and outreach consistency Help create a customer experience that leaves people remembering the nonprofit brand long after the interaction ends Areas of Training for Our Customer Engagement Associates Face-to-face customer communication and outreach development Public speaking and conversational confidence Nonprofit campaign coordination and live event execution Relationship-building and customer engagement strategy Nonprofit brand representation and community visibility Territory organization, outreach structure, and event planning basics Leadership exposure and performance development in team environments What Usually Fits Well With the Customer Engagement Associate Role Restaurant, hospitality, customer service, retail, athletics, or event backgrounds People who naturally build conversations without sounding scripted or overly rehearsed Candidates who prefer fast-moving, interactive workdays instead of repetitive office environments Individuals interested in communication, outreach, nonprofit campaigns, or community engagement Entry level candidates looking for real-world experience and long-term development opportunities Someone who works well around people and stays positive during busy outreach events We're actively reviewing applications this week and looking to fill 2-3 Customer Engagement Associate openings immediately.
