Southwest Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Day Training (ADT) Manager to lead our Adult Day Training program. This position is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to learn, grow, and engage in their communities. What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day operations of the ADT program. Supervise, coach, and support ADT staff. Ensure participant health, safety, and well-being. Coordinate activities, community outings, and skill-building opportunities. Monitor documentation, service delivery, and compliance with Medicaid waiver requirements. Collaborate with participants, families, guardians, case managers, and other team members. Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management. Support person-centered planning and participant goal achievement. Maintain program quality and promote a positive, inclusive environment. What We're Looking For Leadership and supervisory experience. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services, human services, healthcare, or related fields preferred.
