• Full-time The Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking a skilled, organized professional to help lead programs and initiatives in advocacy, workforce development, and small business engagement.

The Paducah Chamber is a 5-Star Accredited Chamber from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and a three-time recipient of the prestigious ACCE Chamber of the Year, including its most recent recognition in 2025. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to an organization that helps shape business leadership, public policy, and economic momentum across the region. The Programs and Public Policy Director will help carry that work forward by managing key events and initiatives, tracking state and federal legislation, supporting the Chamber's policy agenda, and strengthening engagement with local businesses and community partners. The position also plays an important role in advancing the Chamber's voice and impact across the region. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with graphic design and email marketing platforms (such as Canva and Mailchimp) is preferred. A bachelor's degree is required.
