  • Early Childhood Learning Center Hours:
    6:00 AM
  • 2:00 PM Responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for 100+ children in accordance with Federal Food Program guidelines and nutritional standards.
Maintained knowledge of CACFP/Federal Food Program requirements, including proper meal portions, documentation, and food safety procedures. Worked within an Early Learning Center environment, supporting the daily needs of children and staff while ensuring meals were prepared on schedule. Additional responsibilities included maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area that met Health Department regulations and licensing standards, managing food inventory and storage, practicing safe food handling procedures, and ensuring all kitchen equipment was properly cleaned and maintained. Demonstrated strong time management, organization, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced childcare setting. Requirements included maintaining good attendance and reliability, with no more than three unscheduled call-ins permitted within a 30-day period. Dependability, punctuality, and professionalism were essential to ensure consistent support for the center's daily operations and meal service.
