Program Coordinator

The Red Shoes is seeking a collaborative, organized, and community-minded Program Coordinator to support the daily operations and programming of our nonprofit center dedicated to personal growth, spiritual exploration, creativity, and connection. This part-time role (28-32 hours/week) supports programs, events, participant communication, hospitality, administrative coordination, and hybrid technology needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and enjoys creating welcoming spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected.

Responsibilities Include:

Coordinating program logistics and participant communication Supporting events, circles, and workshops Managing administrative systems and records Assisting with email marketing, Canva graphics, and outreachSupporting Zoom and hybrid programming technology Being part of a small team and remaining flexible to meet the needs of the community Helping maintain a warm and welcoming community environment

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable multitasking in a collaborative environment Experience with or willingness to learn Wix, Canva, Zoom, Constant Contact, and QuickBooks Alignment with the mission and values of The Red Shoes Availability for some weeknight evenings and weekends to attend programs
