Job Description

Position Summary The Program Manager provides operational oversight of direct care staff and assists in the coordination of residential and/or community services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. This position partners closely with leadership to support staffing, training, compliance, scheduling, and quality outcomes. Salary $50,000 - $56,000 annually Key Responsibilities Supervise and support direct care staff operations Assist with scheduling and staffing coordination to ensure appropriate coverage Conduct routine staff coaching, training, and performance monitoring Support onboarding and orientation of new employees Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and program standards Monitor documentation completion and operational workflows Assist with incident follow-up, corrective actions, and service quality improvement Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and person-centered care Collaborate with nursing, therapy, HR, and executive leadership teams Participate in audits, inspections, and operational reviews Address employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution Maintain a safe and supportive environment for persons served and staff Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational standardization Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, rehabilitation, residential services, or human services preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of staffing coordination and employee supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic systems Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to travel between program locations as necessary May have exposure to biohazardous materials and healthcare environments Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle Benefits NeuLife Rehabilitation offers a comprehensive benefits package which may include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and floating holidays 401(k) Professional development opportunities Supportive team environment NeuLife Rehabilitation is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace.
