Residential Program Coordinator

Role:

TARC is looking for a reliable and motivated SIL Coordinator/Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you'll help support individuals living independently in the community while making sure they're getting the services they need to succeed. You'll also work closely with and supervise PCA staff to keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and keep track of services for participants in the SIL program Help individuals live safely and successfully in their own homes Make sure services are delivered on time and follow each person's Plan of Care Supervise and support PCA staff Create and update Plans of Care as needed Attend care plan (CPOC) and quarterly meetings Keep documentation up to date

What We're Looking For:

Experience in healthcare, social services, or a related field is a plus Supervisory experience is helpful, but not required Good communication and organizational skills Someone dependable who can work a flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends when needed) A team player with a positive attitude

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$12.00 - $22.00 per hour
