What You'll Do:
Manage all aspects of daily site operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Supervise direct support staff and support program implementation aligned with individual needs. Ensure compliance with state, federal, safety, and licensing regulations. Foster a homelike, safe environment for all clients. Attend and contribute to individual treatment meetings, managing associated documentation. Effectively communicate with parents, guardians, external agencies, and team members. Coordinate transportation schedules and monitor vehicle safety. Participate in budget oversight, internal quality audits, and regulatory inspections. Be available for rotating on-call responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field. Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience working with individuals with disabilities. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and licensing. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Have Skills:
Experience with program development and staff training. Bilingual abilities or additional language skills. Certification in crisis intervention or staff training. Knowledge of Medicaid and regulatory compliance.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to participate in rotating on-call duties. Ability to coordinate transportation and maintain vehicle safety. Experience in budget management and quality inspections. Why Join Us?
