Program Manager Boston, MA Apply Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
EBMS Program Manager About therole:
CBRE is seeking a Subject MatterExpert (SME) in Construction Management & Enterprise Building ManagementSystems (EBMS) to support our client's Global Realty Building Design &Engineering.
What You'll Do:
The candidate will be responsible formanaging several workstreams to improve BMS Delivery and align with our businessjustifications. The candidate will engage with stakeholders across multipleregions and across multiple time zones. The role will be based in NorthAmerica and will need to work in PT or CT or ET or MT time zone. The role will occasionally need toparticipate in European time zones. Remote US candidates will be considered.
WhatYou'll Need:
Completed bachelor's degree in architecture orengineering (required) 7 years' experience in BuildingManagement Systems Proficiency with project/program managementtracking software (e.g. SmartSheets, Asana, QuickSight (Power BI), MS Project,etc) Strong competency with time management,organization, and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communicationskills Experience with construction specifications:strong emphasis on Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26
PreferredQualifications :
15 years' experience in Construction,Engineering/Consultant Engineering or Facilities Completed Bachelor's in Electrical Engineeringor Controls Engineering from an accredited university Advanced degree in controls engineering orelectrical engineering PMP Certification or Six Sigma Certification Experience managing projects across multipletime zones and culture Experience with remote team management andcoordination Strong cross-functional communication andcollaboration skills Strong time management and organization skill LeadershipPrinciples (LPs) most needed for this position are : Customer Obsession Ownership Invent & Simplify Insist on the Highest Standards Frugality Deliver Results Earn Trust Role willinclude the following, but not limited to : NA + LATAMOperations, Adoption & Deployment across all business units. Demand Response CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $115,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
