Job Description

Floating Career Program Specialist ( Admissions Representative ) - Put Your People Skills to Work Are you great with people but burned out by quota-only sales roles, unpredictable schedules, or jobs that feel transactional instead of meaningful? This is your chance to use your communication skills, empathy, and sales or customer service experience to help people take the first step toward a new career - while building a stable, rewarding career for yourself. We re looking for motivated, people-focused professionals , not career educators. If you know how to connect, listen, and guide - we ll teach you our admissions process . What You ll Be Doing As a Career Program Specialist, you ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them explore career training options and determine if our programs are the right fit.
Travel Required:
Position will be based out of the Brockton, MA campus, but candidates must be willing to assist with coverage needs at the Springfield, MA (formerly Chicopee, MA) and Worcester, MA campuses as needed.
You will:
Speak with prospective students by phone, in person, and virtually about career goals and educational options Guide applicants through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment Build trust through consultative, student-focused conversations - not high-pressure tactics Conduct campus tours and information sessions Accurately document student interactions and progress in our systems Collaborate with Financial Aid, Academic, and Student Services teams Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development
Minimum Requirements Required:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills Comfort working with goals, follow-ups, and deadlines Ability to use common software programs (MS Word/Excel/Outlook etc.)
Preferred:
