Summary The
AMCI/YMCI
Program Director provides oversight, management, and clinical supervision to assignedAMCI & YMCI
staff. TheAMCI/YMCI
Program Director serves as a member of the leadership team and completes additional administrative activities such as hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and participating in the CQI process. Full-time, 40 hours per week, hourly + shift differentials and frequent opportunities for overtime! $7000 Sign-On Bonus! Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated. Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions Directs and oversees all personnel activities in the Fall RiverAMCI/YMCI
Program Participates as a member of the site and off-site management team (AMCI, YMCI, ACCS, YCCS) Works in conjunction with the Human Resource Director for all hiring and disciplinary action of employees Provides programmatic supervision and clinical supervision when appropriate Ensure programmatic compliance set forth by program specifications Works within management team to evaluate and monitor program effectiveness through the Continuous Quality Improvement Program (C.Q.I.) Identify and implement strategies to maximize utilization of community-based services and divert from Emergency Departments Works with the Associate VP of Acute Care Services and VP of Acute Care Services to develop the program budget and manages within the fiscal year budget Maintains contact with program related staff from contracts and other funding sources Collects and reports data critical to operation of theAMCI/YMCI
Program Represents program at key meetings internal and external to the agency Work collaboratively within Acute Care Services to cross train and provide coverage as needed Coordinate and participate in training as specified in performance specifications Shares administrator on-call duties with staff identified in collaboration with the Associate VP of Acute Care Services Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed with evening hours included All 24- hour/Acute Care Staff are considered essential.
