Position Summary Magellan Aerospace, Haverhill is a world-class manufacturer of precision machined aerospace components. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager. The Senior Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of program management for multiple complex turbine engine component development, transfer and legacy activities at Magellan Aerospace. The Senior Program Manager will be the program leader and key customer contact to develop, manage, report and execute new product development as well as legacy programs. The Senior Program Manager will manage the introduction of new business into the Magellan Haverhill business unit and work to insure on-time schedule completion and the achievement of business goals and objectives. This position requires close integration with Senior Management for all departments to coordinate the effective and efficient use of facilities and personnel as well as development of schedules and budgets, which requires the coordination of project teams, which range in size from three to ten manufacturing engineers, quality engineers, materials and operations staff, to drive project goals and completion milestones The Salary Range for this Position is $90,000
- $110,000 annually Essential Responsibilities Define goals and deliverables in collaboration with external customer expectations and internal stakeholders including sales, quality, engineering, operations, finance, and materials.
