$80,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience The Consortium is seeking a collaborative and mission-driven Individual Options Director to join our Home & Community Connections (H&CC) Program. Position Summary The Director of Individual Options partners with the Director of Home & Community Connections to develop and implement strategies and practices that ensure individuals receiving Individual Options and Shared Living supports are the primary decision-makers in all aspects of their lives. This role promotes individual voice, choice, inclusion, and community connection while recognizing that quality home life is foundational to health, safety, and personal growth. The Director of Individual Options oversees the daily operations of the Individual Options Program, including Shared Living, MassAbility, Individual Supports, and Supported Collaborative Living services. Guided by the Director of Home & Community Connections, this position provides leadership in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community-oriented supports for nearly 40 adults with developmental disabilities. This role is responsible for program oversight, staffing, shared living provider support, program development, and ensuring the health and safety of individuals supported. The Director also advances Home & Community Connections' commitment to creating environments of belonging for all. Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for the Individual Options Program within Home & Community Connections Ensure services are person-centered and support individual voice, choice, inclusion, and self-determination Supervise, support, and develop program staff and Shared Living Providers Oversee staffing, program operations, and service delivery across multiple support models Support the health, safety, and well-being of individuals receiving services Collaborate with individuals, families, providers, community partners, and funding agencies Participate in program planning, development, and continuous quality improvement efforts Foster a culture of belonging, inclusion, accountability, and teamwork Ensure compliance with agency, state, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities and/or human services leadership experience Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Commitment to person-centered practices, inclusion, and social justice values Ability to support and lead teams in a collaborative environment Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience If you align with these values and are committed to social justice, we are the place for you to build your career!
