Location:
Lowell, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program. While the role will be based in Lowell, this is a brand-new program that is expected to open in April/May. The anticipated start date for the position is early March, and while we await the Lowell site opening, training will take place at one of our other locations in Saugus or Waltham before transitioning to Lowell once the program opens.
Schedule:
Full-time. Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week.
Pay rate:
$20.15-$23.33/hour

Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide The Program Guide is responsible for: Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for clients who come to the program daily to receive their medication. Greeting clients, customer service, monitor for client/staff safety, communicate with clients in a trauma sensitive manner that guides clients in and out of the program orderly.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Prior experience working in customer service and/or with individuals with substance use disorders Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word required
